REPLACEMENT AND RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Warranty limited to manufacturing defects only. Warranty period is defined separately and the period may vary from one product to another. Please do check correct warranty period before submitting a request.
  • Warranty not applicable on product/part breakage or damage due to improper use or mishandling and due to repair work performed by unauthorized agent or center.
  • Warranty also not covered under damages caused to the product by accident, water, fire, dropping or excessive shock or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent, liability for loss of data, recorded images or business opportunity loss.
  • Warranty only applicable if product is returned at customer cost with no scratches, dent or damage & with all parts intact with packaging. Pictures are just for reference, manufacturer reserves the right to improve the appearance & functionality and upgrades without prior notice.
  • Warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product.
  • Without a valid Proof of Purchase, Auxtron reserves the rights to refuse warranty services.
  • Auxtron reserves the right to refuse ‘free of charge’ warranty claim if the information shared is incomplete/ illegible for the claim/fault in the Customer details.
  • This warranty is non-transferrable. This warranty shall be the purchaser’s sole remedy and neither Auxtron nor its service centers shall be liable for incidental or consequential damage or breach of any expressed or implied warranty of this product.
  • Repair or replacement under the terms of warranty does not provide the right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
  • All the repair products holds 3 months of warranty against any internal or manufacturing defects. Repairs must be carried out by Auxtron authorized service centers only. Warranty cover will be void, if and when unauthorized service has been attempted by the user or any unauthorized service center/person.
  • Auxtron may use rebuilt, reconditioned or refurbished parts and/or components when repairing or replacing a defective product.
  • In case the delivery destination pin code is not-serviceable by our logistics partner, shipping charges must be handled by the buyer.

Auxtron customer service team shall reserve the right to final decision for all potential warranty claims for service and replacement or same color preference (depending upon stock availability).

DEFINITION OF DAMAGE

Warranty gets void or inapplicable due to any physical and /or electrical damage resulting from, but not limited to:

  • Accident/neglect, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper use, handling, storage, installation, or testing, including any use that is not in accordance with the product manual, documentation, or other instructions provided along with the product.
  • Malicious destruction
  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Water logging or any other damage due to heat, humidity or moisture doing operations.
  • Acts of nature
  • The temporary or permanent affixing of any items supplied or not supplied by the manufacturer with an adhesive, fastener or the like.
  • Overcharging, use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Any physical defect or damage resulting from unauthorized tampering, modifications or repair, improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment caused not furnished or approved by the manufacturer.

CANCELLATIONS

  • To cancel your order, send us an e-mail on [email protected] or call us on 9313112711 within 6-8 hours working hours (9:00 am – 6:00 pm).
  • We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.

 

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

  • Refunds are not offered on any purchases made on Auxtron.com
  • However we do provide replacement in case of any defects. Please refer to conditions

  • Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.

  • Battery life- draining fast – Replacement battery will be provided wherever applicable

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor color and design variation.There may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

 

PROCEDURES FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENT REQUEST

  • Please notify Auxtron within the given timeline. For a speedy return/replacement process kindly click here or email us at [email protected] alongwith details of the issue & proof of purchase (Tax Invoice, Order ID/Invoice No.). Once received, Auxtron Team will revert within 48 working hours. If you are unable to get in touch with Auxtron then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • Before we arrange replacement for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then it is up to the discretion of the Auxtron customer support team to decide whether product is approved for return.
  • Once we have received your e-mail & photographs & our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage and authorizes return, Auxtron we will arrange for a courier to collect the product that is under Return Policy Timeline. A nominal refund processing charges are applicable based on the product value and product size. Exact charges will be communicated at the time of refund by our customer support team.
  • Do note that an amount of Rs. 150 will be charged from you in case of reverse pick up. Once we receive the product, the Quality Check team will go through the condition of the product and will provide resolution (resolve the issue or provide fresh replacement) to you within 5 workings days. The resolution will be shared with you over the trail mail.
  • You can also self-ship product where reverse pick up may not be applicable. Dispatch the product within 48 hours after return request is raised and confirmed by Auxtron customer care. Do not dispatch / courier until you have a confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original outer packaging box, main device along with all accessories. In absence of these return/replacement won’t be processed.
  • Returned products are to be packed in the original packing.
